Today many people think to facilitate their work by not always rely on the company especially in the matter of equipment they wear at work. They must not use equipment or computers which provide the company but they sometimes want to use something they have that may be more simple than the equipment or computers that are sometimes old-fashioned for use in their daily work. They may have a more simple equipment such as Notebook or Tablet PC. They want convenience and safety in accessing the data within their corporate networks. They want to work more quickly they can be done by not fixated on the ancient technology. Maybe they also do not want to work in their rooms but over coffee and relax while enjoying their break time.
We’ve all hear about the consumerization of IT and how mobile devices are brought into the workplace with remarkable quickness. Employee or consumer has a lot of control at their fingertips and buy the latest technology faster than their employers could follow. Employees want to be more productive and they are looking for ways to use their personal devices, especially tablets, in the work environment.

Consumerization of IT refers to the various processes of protective fused patterns during the market pattern, which is then followed by the organization. The people who first coined this term is Douglas Neal and John Taylor in 2001. Results of IT consumerization is the convergence of IT and electronics industries shopper, and a shift in innovation from the company’s IT giant to the house. Often, troubles start to come up when people find that they live mostly based IT companies and a successful extra gadgets and cheaper than the same things in their workplace.
